This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of _________.
1. Lease of Booth
The Salon Owner agrees to rent to the Booth Renter a booth located at the Salon's premises for the purpose of conducting personal services related to hair, nails, skin care, or other beauty services.
2. Term
The term of this Agreement shall begin on __________ and shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.
3. Rent
The Booth Renter agrees to pay the Salon Owner the sum of $______ per month, due on the first day of each month. Payments shall be made via check, cash, or other forms as agreed upon.
4. Utilities and Expenses
The rental fee includes the following utilities:

The Booth Renter shall be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a written notice at least thirty (30) days before the intended termination date.
8. Governing Law

9. Entire Agreement
